You built it in ChatGPT. We ship it properly.
LynchLab turns AI ideas and rough prototypes into real, secure systems running on infrastructure you control — not someone else’s cloud.
- Your idea or prototypeA ChatGPT build, or a sketch
- LynchLabDesign · build · secure · ship
- A production appDocumented, supported, yours
What usually happens
- It works in a browser tab — but it runs on someone else’s server, your data goes through their API, and nobody on your team can actually run it.
- It demos beautifully and then falls over the moment real people and real data hit it.
- There’s no login, no audit trail, and no way to tell what it did last Tuesday.
- You ask a development agency for a quote and get £50k and a six-month timeline.
What we do instead
- Take the prototype you already have and make it production-grade — architected, tested, monitored.
- Deploy it where you want it: your Azure tenant, a managed UK server, or fully on-premises.
- Keep your data yours. Nothing goes to a third-party AI provider unless you choose that.
- Scope it properly and quote a fixed price up front, so you know the number before we start.
What we build
Real projects we've scoped and shipped, and the kind of thing most enquiries turn out to be.
Quote & proposal generators
Turn a short brief into a priced, on-brand document your team can review and send.
Hours of writing become minutes of checking
Email triage & routing
Read the inbox, classify what arrives, file it, and route the urgent things to the right person.
Nothing important sits unread
Document Q&A assistants
Ask plain questions of your contracts, policies, or manuals and get answers with citations.
Answers with a source, not a guess
Private internal chatbots
An assistant trained on your own material, running on infrastructure you control.
Your knowledge stays inside your walls
Workflow automation
Multi-step jobs that read, decide, and act across the systems you already use.
The repetitive work stops being manual
Custom dashboards & tools
The internal tool you can’t buy off the shelf, built around how your team actually works.
One screen instead of six spreadsheets
How we work
Five steps, each with something concrete you actually receive at the end of it.
- 1
Discovery call
We look at your idea, your stack and your data, and tell you honestly whether it’s worth building.
An honest yes or no — free, no obligation
- 2
Scoping & fixed price
We write down exactly what gets built, what it runs on, and what it costs. No open-ended day rates.
A written scope and a fixed price
- 3
Build in your environment
Development happens against your infrastructure — Azure, on-premises, or hybrid — not a demo sandbox.
A working staging environment you can try
- 4
Security review
Authentication, secrets, access control, data flow and AI guardrails all get reviewed before go-live.
A written security review before launch
- 5
Handover & support
You own the code and the infrastructure. We document it, hand it over, and stay available if you want us.
Documentation, the code, and the keys
Your data stays yours.
Most AI tools work by sending your information to someone else’s servers. That’s fine for drafting a birthday message and a genuine problem for client records, contracts, or anything covered by a confidentiality clause. We build so that doesn’t happen by default.
Where your AI can run
Your own Azure tenant
Azure OpenAI inside your subscription, under your existing tenant policies and billing.
A managed UK server
Open-weight models on hardware we manage for you — nothing leaves the machine.
Fully on-premises
Running on your own hardware, on your own network, with no outbound connection required.
no outbound path to a third-party model unless you add one
What that means in practice
- No data sent to a third-party AI provider unless you explicitly ask for it
- Your content is never used to train anyone else’s model
- Access control and audit logging built in from the start
- UK data residency, so GDPR is straightforward rather than a workaround
What it costs
Published up front, like everything else on this site. You get a fixed price before any work begins.
AI, automation and app development
fixed-price projects from £2,000

Common questions
That’s completely normal, and it’s what the free discovery call is for. Plenty of projects start as a description of an annoying manual process. We work out what’s feasible, what it would take, and whether it’s worth building at all — you get an honest answer either way.
Azure OpenAI, Anthropic’s Claude, and open-weight models you can self-host such as Llama and Mistral. We pick based on what your project actually needs — cost, capability, and where the data is allowed to go — rather than defaulting to one vendor. We also build plenty that uses no AI at all, where ordinary code is the better answer.
Only if you want it to be. We can run entirely on models hosted inside your own Azure subscription, on a UK server we manage for you, or on your own hardware with no outbound connection. If a hosted API genuinely is the right fit, we tell you exactly what would be sent and you decide.
A focused automation or internal tool is usually two to four weeks. A larger application with integrations and a proper security review is typically six to twelve. You get a timeline alongside the fixed price before any work starts, so there are no moving goalposts.
Yes — that’s most of the work in practice. We do Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint and Teams day in, day out, and we integrate with CRMs, finance systems and line-of-business apps through their APIs. If a system has no API, we’ll tell you straight what the realistic options are.
Yes. You own the code and the infrastructure it runs on, and we document both at handover. There’s no lock-in and no proprietary layer you have to keep paying us for — if you want to take it in-house or hand it to someone else, you can.
