Who you'll work with
LynchLab is a deliberately small, engineer-led practice. You deal directly with the person doing the work — someone who has run helpdesks, built cloud platforms, and shipped software — so you get senior attention on every job, and small never means slow.
LynchLab exists because of a gap I kept running into from both sides of it. Support firms that were good at tickets couldn’t build anything. Development shops that could build were no use when the Wi‑Fi died or a mailbox got compromised. Businesses ended up with two suppliers who blamed each other.
The work I’ve done spans both: running helpdesks and looking after the everyday things people actually depend on, and building and operating the cloud platforms and software underneath them. Those are usually treated as separate trades. In practice they’re the same job seen from two ends, and doing both makes you better at each.
So LynchLab does both, deliberately, and stays small enough that you always talk to the engineer doing the work. No account-manager relay, no junior learning on your system, no jargon deployed to make something sound harder than it is. If something isn’t worth doing, I’ll tell you that too.
