Who we are

This website is operated by LynchLab (“we”, “us”). We provide IT support, security, cloud, and related technical services. This policy explains what we do with the information you send us through this site.

LynchLab is a trading name based in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us using the details in the “Contact” section below.

What we collect

We only collect the details you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, and message, plus optional phone number, company, and the service you selected. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from, to help us respond in context. We do not collect anything else, and we do not buy or enrich your data from third parties.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not share or sell them.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you submit the form, your message is delivered to our team using the Telegram Bot API, a third-party messaging service. This means your enquiry is transmitted through, and may be stored by, Telegram, whose servers may be located outside the United Kingdom. We use it only to receive and reply to your message. If you would prefer not to use the form, you can email us directly at hello@lynchlab.co.uk.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to deal with your request and any reasonable follow-up, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@lynchlab.co.uk and we'll help. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
